The Bowflex 552 Dumbbells were the perfect addition to my home gym. The ability to up to 55# is crucial to be able to complete all the weight lifting exercises in my plan. They're quick to adjust and don't take much space. A little bulky on some lifts, but that is totally manageable and really not a con in the sense of not being able to use them. After using these for just a couple of weeks considering the Bowflex barbell setup next!
