These have been a great way to augment my Bowflex Blaze workouts that I have been doing for the past 2 years during the cov-idiocy. They provide some much needed variety in strength training. I use it four to five days per week. It's excellent. The only drawback is each dumb bell is long which sometimes affects my maneuvering, but of course it is... it's an adjustable dumbbell - there won't be an adjustable dumbbell that wl be as short as a standard one. I cigar the adjustable for several reasons, and although long, that aspect also forces me to work other muscles to keep them steady.
