This was an amazing find! I got these for my daughter - she is a busy mom who works out from home. Being in a home with limited space these were ideal! She did find the length of them took a little getting used to but otherwise can use them for standing with arms, on the floor for plank rows, and even in place of a kettlebell! They were a breeze to set up! Would buy again!!
