Great product, only thing I would like to see changed are the dials to select the weight. They could be cut down in size to take overall width away from the dumbbell.

It's large, when I row, it keeps touching my body. But that's the only complain I have on the product. Weight adjustment is very easy. Overall, I am very happy with the product. The shipping time is extremely frustrating. I waited fo 4 months.

I use the product to supplement home workouts when can't get to the gym. The bow flex 552 are nice because they are easy to use and don't take up a lot of space. They are easy to switch weights and they arrived well packaged. The only downside is the grips can be a little slick when hand is sweaty. The weights are a little long for some exercises so I know widening the grip would exacerbate that but a different stippling type grip would be better. Overall very pleased with the product. May need to get the barbell at some point in the future.

Great dumbbells. Perfect for maximizing space at home. Grips are thin for my hands, so I bought lifting gloves to prevent sweaty hands from slipping. Only issue preventing me from giving 5 stars. There's enough handle to widen the grip to make these better.

When the pandemic hit, I did not feel comfortable going to the gym, felt they were dirty and would raise my risk of catching the virus. I bought the 552 Dumbbells for the purpose of having a home strength option. I did some research on different types of selectorized dumbbells and these came up often as top rated. I have experience with weights and I knew that the increments were going to be ideal. So far, I am very impressed with their ease of use. The rest easily on their cradle rack and the notches to adjust the increments are simple and easy to use. I also like that the actual dumbbells can also rest easily on the floor and do not roll around, but have a flat section so they stay stationary when not holding them. The only negatives for me was that: 1. I waited 116 days to receive them! I ordered in late November as a Christmas present for myself. Then, learned of a planned 2.5 to 3 month wait, but it took much longer. So, that was a bit annoying. And, 2. while not a major issue, they are quite large as far as overall size and feel bulky (because when at the 52 level, they kind of have to be), but it is a lot of bulk for a dumbbell that just feel for a woman with smaller hands just takes some getting used to. Overall though, very pleased with them and happy to have them!
