This was a gift to ourselves, and by far the best! We've migrated to building our at-home gym to keep those pesky pounds off and to be healthier all-around. The 552 dumbbells were perfect as they took up very little space! It allows both of us to use weights without the need for the extra equipment! This was a great buy and we wholly recommend. We look forward to using Bowflex to expand our home gym set-up!
