Bought a set for my husband and a set for my son for christmas surprised them they usually goes to the gym but due to Covid stopped going loved the bow flex to take the place ! I tried to get it for them last year but couldn't get them anywhere I think due to Covid everyone was home! and bought you out !Also I called in my order the person who helped me I can't say enough how helpful he was in ordering answered any questions I had I wanted the gift to be a surprise and it was successful and needless to say very happy! yes I have used the product the only issue is they are quite long when doing bicep curls. you can't have them on the outside of your hip you need your wrists in front of your hip. Other than that they fit the bill for all other exercises.
