I use this every 3-4 days per week They help me maintain conditioning while effectively working on strength, these are great because they come as a compact set which can be set up from 5-52.5 lbs. which can be easily set up between workouts Lime the title says these are my second pair due to moving from PR to US Mainland shipping then was not feasible but the first ones are still being used by a friend! One thing which is understandable, these are not great for crossfit workouts and not let them fall on the floor, because they can easily be damaged! #sweepstakes
