having the ability to change weights quickly and easily improves my workout. The dials are very easy to change and like the ability to even use offset weight. The only challenge is the width of the weights when trying to bring them together like doing overhead exercises. Love the way dead for different exercises.

The dial system is really easy to use and it's nice that you don't have to equal the weight on both sides. The weights are coated so they don't make noise when using them. The bar for then is a little longer than traditional dumbbells, but it hasn't been an issue. I'm really glad I in Estes in them and the little bit of space they use is great!
