These dumbbells do exactly what they were made to do. The selection of weights via the dial is easy and the storage on the rack (sold separately) is a nice addition. The only complaint I have is when doing dumbbell thrusters the weights do rattle a bit as opposed to solid dumbbells at the gym moving as one cohesive unit. No fear of breakage here or anything. Feel very safe using them overall.
