I have used the product. I particularly like the quick and easy ability to switch the weight on the dumbbells from exercise to exercise. When doing several of the 10-min fast paced workouts on JRNY, it is amazing how quickly you can be ready to move onto the next set. They take up very little room in my home gym, and they are comfortable.
