I say almost perfect because I wish they were more the size and of the average dumbbell, but I do understand why they can't be. I also wish there was a way to hold them by the "head" of the dumbbell without worrying if I am going to ruin my weights by doing so. Besides those two things, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Overall, I like them. I wanted to have access to a larger variety of weights in a compact space for working out at home. As a petite person, they are a little long and bulky, which makes them a bit less comfortable to use. And although it's not hard to change the weight, it isn't instant, so changing between exercises which require different weights isn't seamless.

Cons: Heavy / Bulky, really long
