I love not needing an entire rack. The only downside is that these are much bulkier than an individual dumbbell. So certain exercises are a tad more difficult to maneuver the dumbbell. Having said that, the pros still out weigh the cons. If I had a separate room for my gym and $$$ was not a concern, I would have bought separate weights.

These dumbbells are great because they're versatile and they eliminate the need to have a huge dumbbell set. I use them for strength training. The only downsides are they can be bulky and if you're trying to do fast circuits with different weights, it's a little annoying to have to put them back in the rack and readjust the weights. Otherwise very happy I got them! Perfect for home workouts in this COVID era. #sweepstakes
