These weights are the perfect solution for in home setups, by in home i mean my actual bedroom. Yes the garage was setup and I had a bench, full weight rack and most items you'd find at the gym. But i found myself making excuses (gotta move the car, too hot in the garage, too cold, its dirty, don't want to stare at my neighbors) clearly too many. I bought these and moved a fold-able bench upstairs and purchased 6x4x8 workout mat that rolls up. Now i workout every other day, in my bedroom, without damaging my carpets everything gets wiped down and placed neatly in the same corner with the wife's spin bike. Perfect temperature and i can blast my music. Definitely recommend!
