The cost of this forces me to use the dumbbells everyday , I hate to see it not used, it's actually a plus for people like me . I love the JRNY program. Only regret it is for some close body workouts I feel the length h id longer, wish you could shorten the length too, overall top notch product bang for the buck

These weights are very convenient, save a lot of space, and for individual arms work outs work well. The plates do rattle a bit so when they're over my head makes me a little nervous but I'm sure they're solid. Also if you were going to hold one dumbbell with two hands for a given exercise there isn't a lot of space for your hands with these without jam in your knuckles up against the inner plates.

I use this as alternative to other weight training methods in my regimen. It's very good to help with working your stabilizing muscles and core strength. It's a great product because you can quickly adjust the weight if what you chose isn't working for you. It's probably quicker than if you had an entire dumbbell set and of course you aren't taking up so much space, which was really important for me when building out my home gym.
