My biggest criticism of the BowFlex Dumbbells is the height of the weight diameter causes me to hit my wrists when I place the weights down. Will need wrist guards, bowflex should sell padded wrist guards The overall width of the weights affects how to raise the weights away from my sides as I raise them to typical dumbbell curls, so I must ensure the weights are raised away form my body.
