Lvoe theses dumbbells. They've added so much versatility to my workouts. The ease of switching weights is definitely a plus. Only negative is that they can be a bit bulky if you're lifting 10 or 15 lbs.

They work as advertised and are easy to select different weigh settings. The grips are comfortable and the dumbbells feel sturdy. One drawback is how long they are due to the multiple different weight settings it can hold that I do find them a bit large for doing some exercises. But it's a small flaw for a good set of fairly priced dumbbells.
