I live in an apartment with limited space, and I have been looking for something to execute strength training with indoors. SelectTech was a huge huge help in providing a terrific solution! It is quick and easy to switch up weights, and you can narrow down to specific weight in between ranges as needed. The weights are not as compact as a traditional dumbbell (they are longer) so that might take a bit getting used to, but otherwise they fit all weightlifting needs for a T. Huge fan!

Really glad I purchased these, definitely easier than having an array of dumbbells. Really easy to switch between weights, my only qualm is that I'm a bit worried they won't be stable enough for plank rows. I haven't tried yet but I think I may need to have more weight on those when doing plank rows just to make sure I don't break them.
