After Covid 19 hit in early 2020 I decided to spend more time working out at home as opposed to going to my gym. I needed to upgrade my equipment. I already had old school dumbbells that required me to unscrew locks, increase/decrease weight then screw the locks again every time I wanted to change weight. It was a pain! The Bowflex weights met and exceeded my expectations. Very easy to use, sturdy and changing weight takes only seconds! No regrets on this purchase and can use them for just about any body exercise. I highly recommend for your home use. Worth every penny.

You can't go wrong with these weights for a home gym. Especially one where space is an issue for you like me. Sometimes going to the gym is a hassle for me and I just need some equipment to get a good workout/pump in. These do the trick for me. There's tons of exercises to do for every muscle group if you get creative. Will it replace a home gym or having a full set of dumbbells?
