I bought this with the bundle (dumbbells, bench and dumbbell stand) and I love them. Others tried to use them in an add about how "theirs" all you need to do is turn the handle to the desired wait and you save, get this, 9 seconds. Wow! I can shave off 9 seconds! Maybe I should have gotten the competitor instead. Problem with the competitor is that I can't adjust to varies different weight, not just those list on the end. Keep your 9 seconds boys! Bowflex has got it together!
