It is the best choice for that price. Dint spend thousands of $, for diferent dumbell weight you have all in one. Easy to use, easy to change weight. I was in doubt before purchase ir but now i am so happy. That is what i needed to complete my home gym. I totally recomend this item.

Great alternative to a weight rack in f you have limited space. They are easy to use and have nice safety mechanics to prevent weights slipping. These are not good for workouts that require quick weight changes like boot camps nor and cannot handle body weight for push-up combo exercises. But they are great otherwise and recommend them. Caveat: Only have had them for a month.

I do a lot of HIT and video work outs. I'm just starting to use the JRNY workouts. These are great if you don't have a lot of space and you want to get the benefit of a full dumbbell wrack at home. It is tricky to change the weights back and forth in some videos if you're doing multiple body parts. Not that it's hard, but sometimes the videos move quickly, but you get good at it. All in all great addition to my home gym. #sweepstakes
