I had tried different designs of these adjustable dumbbells. The Bowflex are noticeably higher quality and a more refined design. They appear more durable as well. You do need to be careful when returning them to the holding tray as they can get slightly misaligned and be difficult to remove. After learning to be careful, I have not had any additional issues. The form factor is a fantastic innovation and had enabled consistent exercise through the day as I work from my home office.

Great alternative to a weight rack in f you have limited space. They are easy to use and have nice safety mechanics to prevent weights slipping. These are not good for workouts that require quick weight changes like boot camps nor and cannot handle body weight for push-up combo exercises. But they are great otherwise and recommend them. Caveat: Only have had them for a month.
