The SelectTech 552 Dumbbells are PERFECT for Home Training. Great design, convenience and durability of these adjustable dumbbells are Amazing! This is my second pair of 552s and do not disappoint in any way (my first pair was put through rigorous workouts and then sold after 4 years due to a home relocation). This new pair is an improvement on the original! You will be extremely satisfied and healthier owner.
