I love theses dumbbells because, you don't have to have a bunch of dumbbells lying around. You have one main dumbbell and you adjust from that one!

Received my bike on Friday. Started on Saturday morning setting it up and had the bike set up and completed by lunchtime. Very easy to put together when watching the video. Started riding the bike on Sunday. Love the bike and the video bike workouts! Still learning how to work the heart monitor. Glad I made the choice to purchase it. Since I can't go to the gym anymore I decided to bring the gym into my home, LOL! Can't wait to get the treadmill next! But I think I will let the expert put that together.
