I use these with my new Bowflex adjustable bench. I can do a ton of different excercies with the adjustments to the weights and bench. They are wider than a standard dumbbell...so you have to get used to that. But they feel sturdy in your hands. Switching weight amounts is easy. I wish I had purchased the stand.

Received my bike on Friday. Started on Saturday morning setting it up and had the bike set up and completed by lunchtime. Very easy to put together when watching the video. Started riding the bike on Sunday. Love the bike and the video bike workouts! Still learning how to work the heart monitor. Glad I made the choice to purchase it. Since I can't go to the gym anymore I decided to bring the gym into my home, LOL! Can't wait to get the treadmill next! But I think I will let the expert put that together.
