So, I have a home gym with regular dumbbells. I built an office gym and was limited on space. A friend of mine suggested these and I was nervous because I thought they wouldn't be good or too big. I was wrong. I wish I would have purchased these for my home gym. Easy, convenient. It did take some getting use to just because they are longer than your traditional dumbbells but I love them!!

I use these with my new Bowflex adjustable bench. I can do a ton of different excercies with the adjustments to the weights and bench. They are wider than a standard dumbbell...so you have to get used to that. But they feel sturdy in your hands. Switching weight amounts is easy. I wish I had purchased the stand.
