I love the easy set up and the ability simply change weight change weights Only con is if I'm doing a home online workout class and I need to adjust the weights before the next exercise I have to place them back on the bench and turn them four times Not a big deal but that seems to be my only slight issue but I'll take this issue over having to purchase a bunch of different size weights
