This product is an absolute must! I only have a 12' x 12' home gym space so having these dumbbells saves me much needed space. And waaay cheaper than piecing out each weight size! The select dial turns easily but is still sturdy, trustworthy, and obvious when a selection is made correctly. Returning the weight to the stand is very smooth, no rocking around required like I've seen with imitation products! There is very little noise from the plates while in use, less than my regular adjustable dumbbells, and I sense no movement of the plates when lifting. I love how fast I can switch between weights and, even better, how fast I'm seeing results! Like all of the Bowflex products I've used, the 552 dumbbells are a luxury choice with an economical price tag! #sweepstakes because I'm saving for a VeloCore!
