I have thoroughly enjoyed these dumbells. Major space saver. Easy to adjust weights. Even more sturdy than I expected. I would recommend this product to anyone setting up a home gym. Only con in my opinion is that the bulky size and shape of the dumbell takes a little bit of getting use to. But it's truly not that bad if you give it a real chance.

The stand was a little difficult to set up and the instructions were poor. The dumbbells are great. They are a bit bulky and difficult to use for different leg workouts. However, overall they are easy to story and convenient to use because of the weight dial.
