I have gotta say, this is exactly what I needed for my home gym. While I don't have much space in my apartment, this is exactly what I needed because of the flexibility of this product that allows me to adjust the weight of the dumbbells as I please all while also saving space. These were extremely easy to "set up" if you even want to call it that, because all I had to do was remove them from the box and unsecure the shipping restraints to allow me to use them right out of the box! I couldn't have thought of a better product, now all we need to add to our home gym is a treadmill and I can say goodbye to my gym membership!

Strength training three times per week using body weight exercises and dumbbells. Love the space saving setup of only one set. Year they are bulky but they work well. Workout gloves help with the grip. Only gripe is the rubber grip is small. Should be the whole length of the grip not just a portion with smooth chrome edges. Overall 5 start regardless.

The weights are so easy to use! I am a minimalist and love that they take up such little space. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the grips are too big for me. I have small hands, and the larger bar is difficult for me to keep my grip.
