Love the compact and easy to use product. Its a while gym dumbell set I can keep in a little corner. It's so easy to change the weight I want to work with. I can't imagine a better product.

I have had these for about 6 years used often and they are still in perfect condition, I don't try to be hard on them but also don't try to go easy on them when setting down, etc. The only thing I would change is the contoured rubber grip, i like to have a little more give in my grip, so I coated them with tape and am much happier.

I was some what skeptical at first. I just wanted to be a little stronger. I am one of those people that feels intimidated by going to the gym. Since I started using them I was surprised not only in the results but also in how enjoyable it is to work out. They are so easy to use. When they say it's select a weight that is exactly what they mean. No matter the workout I m trying to do or the level of weight at which I'm at at the time I can change when ever I need to. This product is exactly what I needed even when I didn't know what I needed at first. It even comes with a list of exercises that u can perform for those of us who honestly don't know what we are doing. I couldn't be happier with this product and as I figure out different ways to work out you better believe I will be returning to Bow flex for my needs.

I have priced and looked at several different dumbells. I owned a different brand and really liked them till I picked up the bowflex 552. I picked up a 30lb hex dumbbell and didn't like the feel of the handle. For the price,the way they feel, and easy to use I would recommend these to anyone.

Well it came broken, and has been sitting for 2.5 months I'm my workout room collecting dust. Repair man came out ( Awesome guy ) decided the the rear section needed to be replaced. No call no show from bowflex for 3 weeks now and now currently thinking I'm just going to send the entire unit back and go with a different brand. Horrible customer service Horrible delivery Horrible follow thru Horrible follow up
