Very versatile and space efficient. I've seen competing products that look boxy and clunky. This is very streamlined. And the dial mechanism is smooth and intuitive. Sometimes I put half of the dumbbell setting at one weight and the other a different weight to get an "in-between" setting. Once in awhile, the dumbbells seem locked into the tray, but after a few turns it frees up. I do wish that there was a stand offering that takes up less space. The ones I've seen have a "media stand" that I don't need and they take up too much space. Perhaps I'll just use a small side table. This and my indoor cycle (Peloton) are the best pieces of fitness equipment I have ever owned.

I use this product for strength training workouts. During the pandemic I was only able to get up to 12lb dumbbells and I need heavier weights for certain exercises, but my workout space is limited in my home so I didn't want to keep buying more individual sets. I have gotta say, this is exactly what I needed for my home gym. While I don't have much space in my apartment, this is exactly what I needed because of the flexibility of this product that allows me to adjust the weight of the dumbbells as I please all while also saving space. These were extremely easy to "set up" if you even want to call it that, because all I had to do was remove them from the box and unsecure the shipping restraints to allow me to use them right out of the box! I couldn't have thought of a better product, now all we need to add to our home gym is a treadmill and I can say goodbye to my gym membership! #sweepstakes
