If you work from home, you'll love these! Super easy to work in some sets while you're between meetings, or just off video and listening in :) The dumbbells are quite sturdy, and are much quieter than other adjustable options I've seen at local sporting good stores. The dials are simple to use, although it would be nice if I didn't have to adjust 2 dials per dumbbell to get to the desired weight. I'm sure the flexibility to offset is important to some folks, though. #sweepstakes

Been using these for about a month now and have had zero issues and absolutely love them. Very comfortable and easy to use. Only inconvenience is that these dumbells cannot be bolted to the stand like the larger model. I have not experienced them coming off the stand or had any issues, but its always in the back of my mind that they are just resting there. #sweepstakes

I use the Bowflex 552 Dumbbells for strength training, and am able to get a very complete workout using these with an adjustable bench. These are extremely comfortable and balanced weights to use, and are SO easy to adjust weight in between sets and/or exercises. There are so many workouts that can be done with dumbbells, and these are essentially a 15 pair rack of dumbbells that take up the space of one pair.
