I use these every day with each body part being trained. This his last year with the changes in fitness really took a whole new shape. Training at home was a once in a while thing. However, things have changed and my home is my gym now. Adding the adjustable dumbbells to my home gym really was what I needed. After reading negative reviews online I was a bit concerned. However, I had a rave review from my brother in law who had a set so I figured I'd give it a try. Super glad I did. Easy to use. I have utilized them for several different exercises, presses, nose breakers, raises, curls, etc. for some the size of the dumbbell was a little outside of the range I was accustomed to and took a bit of getting use to but overall the ease of use more than compensates for the slight adjustment in range of motion.
