I really like these dumbbells. I started a workout plan that would require you to up your dumbbell weight after so many weeks. Who wants to buy so many dumbbells and have the space to store them. With this, I can go up to 52.5 lbs (more than I think I would need) and not have to worry about storing so many dumbbells. Easy to change up after you get used to it. Would definitely recommend for women interested in weight training. #sweepstakes

I use these for simple free weights exercises for focused areas of muscle development. The easiness of adjusting the weights and quality of the product make them worth it. A little awkward/bulky since they are adjustable weights, but at least you don't have to screw/unscrew any parts together!

Excellent Quality for Efficient Home Workouts

These dumbbells are amazing! Before they arrived, I'd spend time changing clothes and going to the gym and hoping no one else was either on a machine I wanted to use or using specific weights I wanted to use. These adjustable dumbbells remove ALL of that stress and time consumption! Paired with an adjustable bench and excellent videos demonstrating the myriad of exercises for my strength and muscle building workouts, I now save lots of time, workout at my convenience in the comfort of my home and I'm not concerned with pushing out that extra last repetition when I struggle and grunt loudly. In a gym that might be a bit rude and attention seeking but at home it's not a problem. It's only been a couple weeks but I've made more muscle building progress at home with these adjustable dumbbells than for the past several months at the gym. These are ergonomic, easy to use, and adjust quickly for speed workouts. The locking mechanism ensures they are safe and stable. They are great quality! I wish I would have purchased them long ago! Being offered a prize in a "#sweepstakes" is an even further and unexpected plus.
