Got these because I don't have a lot of room for multiple dumbbells but want all the different weights. Feel solid, mechanisms are smooth and easy to change. They are a little long but don't get in the way. Don't plan on dropping these like solid dumbbells though...I take it pretty easy on them. I'm +50 so using for strength training and am no longer a gym animal like I was in my youth. #sweepstakes
