Great Exercize Tool

Before I purchased the Bowflex dumbbells, I had plateaued in my weight training. After a couple of weeks of use (two or three times a week), I have broken through and have increased the weight for all of the exercise in my routine. First, I had topped out my dumbbells (I had 30 lb). And for the lower weights, it was hard to move some exercises by 5 lb. increments, so having that in-between has helped. The weight selection works great and it is easy to spin in and start the next exercise. However, they are bulky for the weight and there are a few exercises that, to me, are easier with my single weight dumbbells, i.e., I won't be yard-saling my old dumbbells any time soon. Overall, I love them and am happy with my purchase. #sweepstakes

I started with a smaller set of adjustable dumbbells and quickly outgrew these and then upgraded to these. They are great. Ridiculously easy to use, you cannot take these out of their base if you haven't turned both dials to the same weight. This was a great purchase!
