Excellent weight system, being able to move and rotate the weights freely while holding it is a huge plus over many other systems The wide range of weight settings and the fine degree to which you can set them is extremely good for avoiding injury as well for someone like myself who is new to weight training. The price was very nice compared to many other systems as well. Individually purchasing weights in 5lb increments would've run about $500 ($1000 to make it ambidextrous) vs $380 for a similar weight range and would've had larger weight increments to boot. The only downside I've discovered is that they're a bit more bulky than traditional solid weights which can make some exercises a bit tricky in tighter workout areas. #sweepstakes

I have nothing negative to say, i cleared my garage of all dumbbells I had and because these cover from 5 or whatever the least weight is to 52 1/2, they are absolutely legend! I use these for decline, incline, flat press, shoulders, tris, bis, leg workout, ab and love handles, and leg workout. hefty investment but well well worth it!
