I like these because of the adjustable feature for different exercises. I had traditional adjustable weights but found I hated adjusting them so I didn't do it giving me a poor workout. With these changing weight is quick and easy so my workouts have improved.

This product is great for any type of exercise or task! The only con I had with these are the handles they are not comfortable and tend to be a little on the slippery side especially if you don't have chalk.
