Works as expected. Quality is great compared to others I've used. Only downside to using regular dumbbells is the bulkiness which makes some workouts awkward as they bump into each other when lifting. it's a minor adjustment though and well worth the money.

I like these because of the adjustable feature for different exercises. I had traditional adjustable weights but found I hated adjusting them so I didn't do it giving me a poor workout. With these changing weight is quick and easy so my workouts have improved.

This product is great for any type of exercise or task! The only con I had with these are the handles they are not comfortable and tend to be a little on the slippery side especially if you don't have chalk.
