I bought these because I never liked going to the gym. I enjoy working out and lifting weights but I've never been the type to enjoy doing it around a lot of people. After saving up for a bit I bought this and the 4.1 bench and my routine has stuck since I got it. Appreciate that it doesn't take up the space of entire set of dumbbells and you can customize each side of each dumbbell so that's cool too.
