A fitness trainer I follow on Instagram raves about these dumbbells and after about a year of getting back into working out, I finally decided to upgrade my 5, 8, and 12 pound dumbbells to help increase strength & see more results. I had heard from some that adjustable dumbbells rattle around and feel less sturdy than typical dumbbells, but I have had no such problems. I love these DBs so much, I only wish I had pulled the trigger and invested in them sooner. I am building up strength and these make it so easy to adjust. #sweepstakes
Pros: Durable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
So, I bought a set for my husband when covid hit and his gym closed. I intended to try them out as well and then keep them for myself and buy him the 1090 set. We started working out together and the 1090s never came back into stock so I bought myself a set. I like the fact that I can go as lite as 5 lbs for my fly movements, but can pretty quickly switch gears for heavier weights when I get to legs. These have been a real space saver during covid. Before we had tons of loose dumbbells laying everywhere and now it is nice and tidy. Especially with both of us needing weights at the same time. My only complaint is that the hand grips are not super comfortable. If using them to do push ups, the logo design they chose to put on the handle hurts mine and my husband's hands. But if you put gloves on you are ok. The only other minor thing is, because I am only 5'5" and the dumbbells are so wide/long I then to not be able to close my arms all the way when doing Arnold presses and it hits the ground when I use it to do dumbbell squats, but again, not a super big problem. #sweepstakes

These are very good looking and they replace a ton of dumbbells . Definitely a good idea to get the matching stand and it's easy to use with the rotating weight knob.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet
Set up in my mud room where we exercise - in addition to my folding adjustable flat bench, they take up about a 2x2' footprint on the floor. It's awesome to have such a robust weight training product take up such a small amount of space. I can very quickly and easily adjust weights as I move from workout to workout and have found them to be incredibly versatile. If and when I grow out of the 55 pound top weight, I'll definitely be staying with Bowflex and upgrading to the 90 pound adjustable dumbbells.
