I've been an avid weight lifter for years now, but the cost of buying dumbbells as your strength increases is just not at all affordable, not to mention storing it! I would have issues plateauing by not upping my weight, and even when I did, I couldn't get weights in the small increments that I needed to increase! These have been INSTRUMENTAL in my ability to lift heavier and break those plateaus! It's so easy and simple to use! I don't know what I did before these! These are an ABSOLUTE MUST for any home gym! I've had my eye on them forever and if you're like me? JUST DO IT! Also, I have a 14 month old toddler that roams around the house like he owns the place! The weights are super secure and the safety strap that I can put in place gives me piece of mind! I had to have my old dumbbells locked up and stored away, and even then, there wasn't enough space. These are stored away safely in my living room and are just a click away when I need them! #sweepstakes

Unless you have an extensive workout room like an entire basement/garage, every person should have these dumbbells. How can you not agree that having all the different weights these dumbbells can produce, in one little corner, is the best space saver ever manufactured. I have an apartment in NYC, but at least I know if I miss a workout at my gym I can get a full strength training session at home.
