I got this weights and bench to take with me to travel. I have a bowflex extreme that I use regulary, so when I travel I need something to work out on. I can take the bench, or leave it at home and just use the weights. It's best to take the bench if I have room. Bowflex has given me back my body after cancer treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I use the weights mostly for different forms of bench lifts, and basic lifts that can use the bench such as rows. They sit comfy, and are super handy to adjust the weight even by 2.5 lbs to get the right amount out of a pump.
