These weights are amazing! I love that they can be as light as 5lbs and as heavy as 52.5lbs. They work for toning and building up to whatever personal goal one has. These weights also work well for couples that might be at different levels of lifting. I use them for my early morning workouts and my husband uses them for his evening bench workouts.

I'm using these to lose weight and gain muscle. My goal is to get back into shape. It's a great product however I don't love that the holder is a flimsy piece of plastic. It could easily break. Additionally, the bar of the dumbbells is a little too long which can make some exercises uncomfortable.

I use this for general weight training. Chest, Arms, Back, and Shoulders. So far I've yet to run into not being able to find a workout I can't do with them. The only con I have which is why it's a 4/5 for me, is one of the dumbbells doesn't "click" as well when I change the weight. It's still useable and isn't a serious problem from what I can tell so far.
