I love these! I got shell shocked by the price at first but after pricing non-adjustable dumb bells I realized these are a good deal. It's quick to change weight amounts so I actually do it unlike my old adjustable weights where it took 5 mins to unscrew the retaining bolts so you could add or subtract weight. With these my son and I can both get a workout without any wasted time changing the weight. I also like that you can off set the weight, I didn't know this was a thing but it really adds forearm strengthening to other exercises which also saves time. Overall great product live the time and space savings. Feels a little plasticy so I wouldn't drop them or anything, but with a little bit of caution these are great.
