I am slowly making my spare room into a home gym and I didn't want a dumbell rack with a million dumbells on it. The 552 and a bench don't take up hardly any room at all and you can work all of your major body parts. Next up will be the bigger set of SelectTech dumbells. Great investment.

I'll be honest. I bought a cheap off brand version of these and returned them because they were almost impossible to change the weight increments. I got these Bowflex weights and they are very smooth to switch between different weights. Worth the higher price for something that functions smoothly.
