Haven't had these a while, but I love the convenience. Obviously they take up a lot less room than all the dumbbells you'd need for the same weight range. Only thing I don't like is the size, for curls or a bench press you have to keep the wider apart than you would with dumbbells. Other than that they're great.

I use these weights nearly everyday for my workouts. As a woman one dumbbell is literally as wide as my body. So holding one by the ends is OK but holding two in a front rack position is very awkward. No matter how much weight you have on them the bar is the same size. So using it for a 5lb or 10lb weight doesn't make a lot of sense and it's much larger than a normal weight that size.
