I love the versatility of these dumbbells! Having so many weight options in a single dumbbell is such a space saver and allows me to increase weight as my strength improves. I find these to be very sturdy and well-built, probably even more than I expected despite the cost and great reputation of Bowflex. I was a little worried about the bulkiness when I first unpackaged them. I use these with some HIIT workouts that require a lot of movement and cardio along with strength training. But I haven't found the size to be a problem at all. I'm an average size guy so if I can handle them I think most people can too.

#sweepstakes I originally bought a similar product from a competitor that was a little cheaper. Big mistake. The plates were falling off and felt flimsy. I ended up buying the Bowflex dumbbells and they are so much better. Sturdy, have better grips and come in pounds (rather than kilograms). I'm much happier with this set, and regret wasting my money on the competitor set.

I use these when I'm trying to get in a complete workout in a short amount of time. These dumbbells are simple to use and very versatile. Saying that, I do wish the grip was a flat grip and not bubbled out in the center. Also, the dials on the ends could better designed so they sit better on your let's between sets. Other than those two things, fantastic product and I'd still recommend them to anyone.
