This is a great set... well-built, solid construction, comfortable grip, and take up way less space than a full set of dumbells. Not to mention the money saved! They are incredibly easy and quick to adjust, and the weight plates don't shift around no matter what position you hold them in. This is a very nicely designed and constructed set. Very highly recommended.

I use these Selecttech dumbbells every week a few times a week. With P90X you constantly are changing weights and you don't have time to mess around. These change so quick and easy that you are ready to go before they are. Amazing for the price and they make your personal gym look like a personal gym.
