I really love this all-in-one product. The dumbbells are a bit longer than regular dumbbells (to accommodate the extra plates). I wouldn't say this prevents me from performing any one exercise, but it is something different my husband and I both noticed. All in all, a great product. Thanks Bowflex!

I'm 58 years old, I wished they would of been around about 20 years ago and I wouldn't of spent so much money on going to the gym, due to a back injury my gym life has com to a slow crawl.
