I really love this all-in-one product. The dumbbells are a bit longer than regular dumbbells (to accommodate the extra plates). I wouldn't say this prevents me from performing any one exercise, but it is something different my husband and I both noticed. All in all, a great product. Thanks Bowflex!

I'm 58 years old, I wished they would of been around about 20 years ago and I wouldn't of spent so much money on going to the gym, due to a back injury my gym life has com to a slow crawl. I love the versatility of these dumbbells! Having so many weight options in a single dumbbell is such a space saver and allows me to increase weight as my strength improves. I find these to be very sturdy and well-built, probably even more than I expected despite the cost and great reputation of Bowflex. I was a little worried about the bulkiness when I first unpackaged them. I use these with some HIIT workouts that require a lot of movement and cardio along with strength training. But I haven't found the size to be a problem at all. I'm an average size guy so if I can handle them I think most people can too.
