I bought these dumbbells' after my 29 year old son asked for a set for his birthday. I thought I could benefit from some strength training. So far I really like the product. They are easy to use and were easy to set up. I use them three days a week for upper body strength (arms, etc.) training.

I needed an extra set of weights in another area of my home but didn't want to buy another run of dumbbells and these fit the bill. They are compact storage wise and easy to adjust and use. The only con for me is the bulkieness during use, they are longer than I'm used to. Also, I wish they had a smaller set. To 30lb would be my mac need.
