These are some of the neatest dumbells I have ever purchased! It's like having 15 different sets of weight with a fraction of the clutter. I simply turn a dial, and can crank up the load anywhere from 5 to 50 lbs. I spend less time finding the right weight & more time getting in shape. What more could I possibly ask for?
