These are super easy to use. They take up way less space that conventional adjustable dumbbells and you can quickly reset weights as you go from one exercise to the next. #sweepstakes I bought these to use with fitness apps and I needed a variety of weights for different exercises. These seem very sturdy and I like how the bottom of the weights are slightly flat so you can do push ups with them without them rolling on the ground. The grips are great and don't tear up your hands. They have to be on the base to change the weights but I guess that is a safety feature to make sure they attach correctly.

I use these at home and plan to take them when traveling. The weights are compact and easy to use. This product provides more weight than I need, but has a wide weight range in 20 pounds and under which is great for flies and other chest exercises. The heavier weight is good for curls and presses.
